When she was only 13 years old, she and her family moved from Russia to the United States. Here, they had to start over and create a new life for themselves. Her determination to seek a higher education and make a success of her life was motivated by the challenging times that she and her family had to through, and she likes to be called Victoria. Between the ages of 14 and 22, she had a variety of occupations before beginning her studies at medical school.

- The City University of New York’s Hunter College awarded the recipient a Bachelor of Arts degree.
- Medical Degree from Ross University School of Medicine, with a concentration in Cosmetic and Aesthetic Surgery Residency at Beth Israel Medical Center, Department of Surgery in New York City.
- Finished residency with honors, being named Chief Resident of the Year and taking home the Leon Ginsburg Award.
FELLOWSHIP
- The Facial Plastic and Cosmetic Surgical Center in Abilene, Texas, is where the cosmetic surgery fellowship was completed.Dr. Howard A. Tobin, M.D., F.A.C.S., an ardent educator and Dr. Karlinsky-Bellini’s guide, was the person she did her work for. She reported to him. Because of his stellar reputation in the industry, medical professionals from all over the world seek out Dr. Tobin’s classes and instruction. Dr. Karlinsky-Bellini was awarded the title of Fellow by The American College of Surgeons as a result of the effort she put in and the lessons she learned from Dr. Tobin.
