A Brazilian Butt Lift, often known as a BBL for short, is performed by transferring fat from the abdomen to the buttocks using Lipo 360. The surgeon may take fat from locations such as the abdomen, waist, back, and lower back; however, the fat may also come from the thighs or other areas if they are deemed appropriate by the surgeon. In order to improve the contour and size of your buttocks, the fat will be removed, processed, and then re-injected into those areas. Implants are not involved in this surgery in any way.
